Ivan Chai Tea

Ivan Chai is an herbal tea made from wild-harvested Rosebay Willowherb traditionally known as Fireweed. The tea promotes longevity and health, with a smooth, sweet, floral flavour.

Processed in small batches, the leaves are carefully massaged to bring out the natural flavour and hand-rolled before fermenting with an anaerobic process that intensifies the flavour. 

This product is a GEOFOOD foraged in the Discovery UNESCO Global Geopark.
