This kombucha mojito recipe makes the perfect drink for summer, or winter! Muddled mint, blueberries, and Bonabooch Blueberry Kombucha creates a refreshing cocktail
8 blueberries (fresh or frozen and thawed), plus more for serving.
1 ounce fresh-squeezed lime juice.
2 teaspoons sugar
8 fresh mint leaves, plus more for serving
2 ounces white rum
2 ounces Bonabooch Blueberry Kombucha
1 ounce club soda (optional)
Lime slice for garnish
Add blueberries, lime juice, sugar and mint to a cocktail shaker. Muddle to bash the mint into the lime juice and sugar.
Add rum, stir well, and then pour into a glass filled with ice, leaving room to top with kombucha and club soda.
Serve with extra blueberries, mint leaves, and a lime slice.
