INGREDIENTS⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3-4 ounces Bonabooch Wild Blueberry Kombucha⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 ounce lemon simple syrup⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Sparkling water or ginger ale⠀
Crushed ice⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
DIRECTIONS⠀⠀⠀⠀
Pour Bonabooch Wild Blueberry Kombucha and simple syrup* into a glass.
Add crushed ice.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Top with sparkling water or ginger ale.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Serve with a lemon or lime wedge.⠀
HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE SYRUP
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
Directions:
Heat the water in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until hot, but do not bring to a boil.
Add the sugar and stir until fully dissolved.
Let the syrup cool to room temperature before using or storing. Using a funnel if needed, transfer the simple syrup into a glass jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
