BONABOOCH KOMBUCHA

The Ginger Kombucha Martini is a simple cocktail which features the tangy flavour profile of Bonabooch Ginger Kombucha. An excellent and easy upgrade from a regular martini.

INGREDIENTS⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • 1 ½ ounce liquor (vodka, gin, and tequila are all great)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 2 ounces Bonabooch Ginger Turmeric Kombucha⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • ½ ounce simple syrup⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • ½ ounce fresh citrus juice⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 3 dashes bitters⠀⠀⠀⠀


DIRECTIONS

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice, and add liquor, kombucha, syrup, and citrus juice. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  2. Shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled. Strain the cocktail into a glass and finish with bitters. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

** This recipe uses alcohol, but feel free to use an alcohol-free alternative or just leave the alcohol out entirely.
