The Ginger Kombucha Martini is a simple cocktail which features the tangy flavour profile of Bonabooch Ginger Kombucha. An excellent and easy upgrade from a regular martini.
INGREDIENTS⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1 ½ ounce liquor (vodka, gin, and tequila are all great)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 2 ounces Bonabooch Ginger Turmeric Kombucha⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- ½ ounce simple syrup⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- ½ ounce fresh citrus juice⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 3 dashes bitters⠀⠀⠀⠀
DIRECTIONS
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice, and add liquor, kombucha, syrup, and citrus juice. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled. Strain the cocktail into a glass and finish with bitters. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
