This kombucha Blue Mint Mojito recipe makes the perfect drink for summer or winter! Muddled mint, blueberries, and Bonabooch Blueberry Kombucha create a refreshing cocktail.
INGREDIENTS⠀⠀
- 8 blueberries (fresh or frozen and thawed), plus more for serving.
- 1 ounce of fresh-squeezed lime juice.
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 8 fresh mint leaves, plus more for serving
- 2 ounces white rum
- 2 ounces Bonabooch Blueberry Kombucha
- 1 ounce club soda (optional)
- Lime slice for garnish
- Ice
DIRECTIONS
- Add blueberries, lime juice, sugar and mint to a cocktail shaker. Muddle to bash the mint into the lime juice and sugar
- Add rum, stir well, and then pour into a glass filled with ice, leaving room to top with kombucha and club soda.
- Serve with extra blueberries, mint leaves, and a lime slice.
