BLUE MINT MOJITO

BONABOOCH KOMBUCHA

This kombucha Blue Mint Mojito recipe makes the perfect drink for summer or winter! Muddled mint, blueberries, and Bonabooch Blueberry Kombucha create a refreshing cocktail.

 

INGREDIENTS⠀⠀

  • 8 blueberries (fresh or frozen and thawed), plus more for serving.
  • 1 ounce of fresh-squeezed lime juice.
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 8 fresh mint leaves, plus more for serving
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 2 ounces Bonabooch Blueberry Kombucha
  • 1 ounce club soda (optional)
  • Lime slice for garnish
  • Ice

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add blueberries, lime juice, sugar and mint to a cocktail shaker. Muddle to bash the mint into the lime juice and sugar
  2. Add rum, stir well, and then pour into a glass filled with ice, leaving room to top with kombucha and club soda.
  3. Serve with extra blueberries, mint leaves, and a lime slice.

** This recipe uses alcohol, but feel free to use an alcohol-free alternative or just leave the alcohol out entirely.
